Women's Month Campaign
Kwanisa Foundation is founded by two young women, striving to make a difference in the lives of others. They each have their own unique backgrounds that have cultivated them to become the women they are today. Both young women being raised by single mothers have understood the role that women play in planting a seed that can turn into a forest.
On this women’s day we want to echo the power that lies within coming together and shedding light, by allowing us to tell your story. In the words of Marianne Williamson “We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
So join us as we celebrate the power of being a WOMAN!
KWANISA FOOD DRIVE
The global pandemic did not only affect people’s health and leave families without their loved ones. It also brought forth many social issues that has left many families poverty stricken. As Kwanisa foundation, we have placed it upon ourselves to bring forth light in the midst of darkness as Steve Maraboli said, “a kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal”. Since April 2020, we have been able to assist families with food packages to bring forth relief in whatever manner we can through the help of ordinary South Africans willing to make a difference and heal an internal wound.
